Jillian,

Enjoyed listening to your August 23rd Sunrider telecall program and I applaud you for taking another step toward your own wellness. Sunrider is a great tool in becoming more aware of your body's nourishment requirements.
If you haven't lost weight and changed your body significantly by Thanksgiving, then you'll need more guidance. I'll contact you just before you roast your turkey and see how you're doing.

I also have some comments on your personal presentation, which I am sure you're not aware of. I'll call you next Tuesday, August 29th at 5pm EST and we can go over them.

Until Tuesday, sending blessings of health and peace,

Jillian, I could have written your article about your dealing with DELL. I had the same experiences. Consequently no more Dell products for me or my family (or friends if I can help it!) Frustration to the max! Thank God we do have alternatives! Your arrogance you say? I don't know, after wasting hours on hold and being transferred from one person to the next with no positive results, well I would call that a waste of time, unless we learn from our experience and then it is what I call a life learning lesson. On with the show! Next! love ya Geralyn

Dear Jillian,
Your experience with customer service is not unlike many that I have had in recent weeks. Having completed a very long distance move and setting up all of the technology my family has become addicted to over the last few years we had numerous opportunities to come in contact directly or indirectly with customer service reps and installers. Our own attitude does make a difference in those interchanges....it doesn't always make things right but we do learn some very revealing things about ourselves. When I was kind and patient I usually received kindness and patience in return. Thank God for the incredible people like your customer service rep out of India who demonstrate what REAL customer service should be! Thank you for sharing your personal insight....It is a wake up call for all of us! Customer service IS about caring for another individual and their needs it IS NOT about us making our quota or placing another notch on the belt. We need to be different ON PURPOSE whenever we have contact with other people. Maybe they have reached their wits end with the problem they face and we could at the very least be the link to get them they answers they need.
