Get to know the people on your team and their "why" for being in the business - this will help you identify what motivates them and what kind of information would be most beneficial to them. If you tailor your calls to meet their needs that see that they will ultimately benefit from participateing in the call they will join in. you may have to provide a balance of training calls that cover a broad spectrum and some that address specific topics - having a schedule of when certain topics will be presented will allow people to plan to participate.

As an example of identifying needs and encouraging them to participate....If it's money - you can encourage them to join the calls because the ideas and information will help them be better at their business with the result of them making more money faster.

If it is a personal growth issue such as building belief or becoming more confident....the ideas/info in the calls will help them grow in these areas ( and the person looking for more money will benefit too because they may pick up on some tips that helps them be better at what they do and ultimately creating more business - more money.

sort out the needs, identify a variety of benefits for each of the needs and tailor the calls to meet the needs as best as possible.
