My name is Jillian Middleton and I've been involved in network marketing since 1990. During that time I built 2 successful businesses. (My primary company was Excel communications. I hired a terrific business coach. I went to seminars and started to read, read read. I slowed down and systematically began to build my business. I got clear on exactly what a successful sponsor needed to do. I'm going to repeat that.  I got clear on exactly what a successful sponsor needed to do.  I learned the skills to overcome those challenges. To my delight, it worked! As my confidence got stronger, I broke through my fears. People started to show up…and this time, I knew what to say and do.

How did it work?

It changed everything for me. I met my goals in half the time and became a top money earner and moved quickly to the top of my company's pay plan. I earned awards for sharing the skills I learned with both downline and cross line. Sadly Excel Communications didn’t survive the Telecom Industry or I’d still be working that business.
