I hired a terrific business coach. (Since then I have worked with a number of coaches and I still work with a coach.) I went to seminars. I read, read and read more. Then I did something really difficult, something that felt contrary to what I needed to do. I slowed down.

I slowed down and systematically began to build my business. I got clear on exactly what a successful sponsor needs to do in order to recruit and train successful consultants. I'm going to repeat that.

I built a system to drive my business. A system that I taught to my recruits. They used that system and taught it to their recruits.

How did it work?

It changed everything for me. I had a system that underpinned my entire business. The system drove my business. My consultants now knew both “what” to do and “how” to do it. I met my goals in half the time and became a top money earner and moved quickly to the top of the pay plan in both companies.. I earned awards for sharing the skills I learned with both downline and crossline. My network marketing business developed into a vibrant, financially sustainable business.
