I’m lying in bed last night wondering what would be a great way to utilize all your ideas for the benefit of all of you. Let me explain. In our six month Savvy Sponsoring program either Norine, Candye or myself typically throw out a question during the mastermind session.

For example, “How do you coach your downline to develop new ‘warm’ relationships from a ‘cold market’?”
Or
“How can you get your team to want to join your coaching/training conference calls?

From there, as coach we might throw out an idea or two but typically someone in the mastermind shares something, then someone else shares, and then someone else…. The mastermind energy has a prisim effect and the ideas start splitting off, changing “color” as it were as people add their ideas, questions and sometimes (kind/thoughtful) challenges.

For many, the things that come out of the mastermind session get more fully developed in the private one-on-one laser coaching available to them in the program. The outcome stronger businesses and stronger skill sets. A great way to develop a sustainable profitable business!

It suddenly occurs to me (when I should be sleeping!) that what we’re doing is cross pollinating. What’s cross pollinating: The sharing of ideas to the benefit of all. And I got really excited. Why? I realized we have a great way right now to cross pollinate with all of you! Because there are a whole lot more of you out there who don’t take our Savvy Sponsoring course than do ~ although we are really working hard to change that ~ we can use the blog.

Now I know for many of you that’s a “duh,” but I’m a bit slow sometimes to warm up to new technology… Not only can you dialog using the blog with anyone on the team (Norine, Candye, John, Tina or Andrea and of course me too) but you can respond to the person who made the post.

Now for those of you who are technically challenged (like me) you can simply (click here) to get to the blog to read the first post from me and right there you can find the “click here to cross pollinate” button to add your question or thoughts that may take the idea to another place.

But There’s more!

But there’s something else you can take advantage of too, although it won’t be private coaching you can bring your questions about the ideas from the blog to our monthly (no charge!) coaching session.

But regardless if you participate (it does boil down to you as usual) two things will happen:

1. You will share ideas that will help others
2. You will get ideas from others that will help you

Now isn’t that what we as network marketers say we’re all about? Win ~ win.
