Hey Everyone,

Here’s the question I’d like you to think about and join in with your ideas: “How can you get your team to want to join your coaching/training conference calls?”

Let’s keep this in mind - How many of you have ever seen a two year old in action? What’s their favorite word when their told to do something? We all know the answer “NO”!

Well ask yourself this…Did you get better as you got older at taking orders? I certainly didn’t. When someone “tells” me to do something my first reaction is not necessarily, “sure.”

I’m much more likely to get involved if I’m asked to do so. And certainly much more likely to if I’m enrolled.

So take a look at how you’re getting the word out to your team about conference calls and meetings etc. If you’re getting resistance it might be in the insistence!
