Personal Note...

Hello hello to you all. I’ve got so much to say in this issue that I truly don’t know where to begin.

First off thanks so much for your participation in our Year In Gear Call this week. What a group. Participation and really willing to play all out describes the call. For those of you going on with the six week program….it should be phenomenal. From a coaches stand point I’m delighted and really eager to get going. Those of you who are registered for the call should receive your first weekly session today. Let the fun begin.

If you’re feeling left out you can jump down to the next section of the ezine and read some of the questions and answers that came up on the call…or listen to the audio if you missed the call. And yes if you decide to join us you still can…but don’t wait any longer. The idea is to get a jump on your next year not start out catching up.

OK…new topic - told you I had a lot to say…. ;-)

Have you been to the web site lately…We have a make over and a great one at that. But not only do we have a great new look and url www.SavvySponsoring.com but we also have a nifty blog…

Here is my hope, you’ll take a look at the blog from time to time and give me feedback. Like always, I promise not to “motivate” you with the blog, but to give you tools.

I’ll use it to share some wonderful coaching insights that come from those of you who are participating in our programs. I’ll use it to answer your coaching questions. And I’ll use the blog to share with you those “ah ha” moments and tools that come to me in the night. ;-)

Please go check it out… and if you want to be notified when I post, you can enter your email address in the notification box in the right hand column. Then whenever I post something new you will get an email that says I’m whisperin’ in your ear.

Hello All!!!

I have promoted to AM since starting the Savvy Sponsoring program!! I started Arbonne in July of this year, I hit 10,000 myfirst month... 11,.500 my second month, and 14,500 in Sept to finish AM. This class has helped me tremendously with my calendar and how I spend my time. I decided to take this class because it came highly recommended by RVP, Mandie Cantrell. I have decided to go for RVP qualification in November!! I know that this class will bring me the same success it has brought Mandie. Jillian, and Norrine are the best!!!

I will finish promoting to area this month...this was in the works but the program helped me keep my sanity...buy laying a firm foundation for my organization...I established a chain of command and created independent leaders --ones who will look for the answer first for themselves before calling me...this has impacted my time .. Feature Article...
How can you build a future of fun, learning and wealth on a daily plan that doesn’t include them?

For those of you who couldn’t make either of the calls – yes we did two because of our technical glitch….but from all things even annoying we can make something great. We did two calls instead of one.

Here are just a few thoughts that I distilled from the call:

  • Most of us have in the past thought about doing a vision and some of us have a vision – “somewhat of a vision” is what many people said on the call. But what we don’t do is use our vision as a guiding light in our business
  • Many of us are concerned because we’ve set goals but it’s a mixed bag about achieving them. Some of them we make and others we don’t. but the worst problem is we don’t seem to have control over making them or not.
  • After the discussion it became clear for many that what was missing from their business – was them! – Oh they were putting the time in, way too much time most of them – but the results simply weren’t happening.
  • Simply become aware and change many self-defeating business patterns

We took the time on the call to work a tool called “The Wheel of Life.” You can download that here if you’d like to have a great visual of exactly where you are right now. Remember being aware can all by its self create answers.

The instructions for how to use “Wheel of Life” are in the call and you can listen to that by clicking here.

Teleclass audios:  The Get Your Year In Gear Program

By the way, if you decide that you don’t want to miss the class after reading this note or listening to the call you can still register by clicking here.

We’d love to have you…this group is ready to create their vision, see where they are and take control over what they can….and have a great time doing it starting right now.

And yes it is possible to live right now today with fun and learning and more money. That’s what the “Get Your Year In Gear” program is all about. Doubt it? Well let me leave you with this question. How can you build a future of fun, learning and wealth on a daily plan that doesn’t include them?

Before signing off for this time, I have one last question for you.
It's a simple one:

Do you begin each January 1st full of hope for the year ahead - and then either settle back into last year's hamster wheel or become overwhelmed with the never ending "to do" list?

I’m clear that most people who come into network marketing will fail.  I realize that’s a really bold statement, but I’ve worked with hundreds of people in the last 15 plus years in the network marketing industry as both a sponsor and a coach and I’ve seen it.

But what’s worse, you don’t need to fail. The reason for failure is typically a lack of business skills, and the number of people who fail can be dramatically reversed into successes with the right tools at hand.

How am I so sure?  I’ve had a traditional business fail because I didn’t use simple business skills.  And originally I worked way too hard to build my network marketing business because I didn’t use simple business skills.  And it had nothing to do with my ability to sponsor people.  I know how to do that. That’s why sometimes my business was, for a while, financially successful (in spite of me!).  But I was not able to keep the money or sustain the business over time.

If you could start 2006 polished, planned and prepared - what difference would it make?

I am so pleased to be offering the 6-week "Get Your Year In Gear" (GYYIG) Program - Discover the 6 strategies that will enable you to set the scene for a simply fantastic start to next year and to every year.

If you participate:
  • You will have a drop dead clear understanding of what you want from your business in the next year
  • At the conclusion of this six week course you will put your feet on the ground every morning knowing exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals.
  • Your focus will be on ways to make your business work so that money is the result of what you do.  It will not be on stressful money goals
  • Your approach to your business will be entirely different and everyone around you will notice, including those you’ve been “trying” to recruit.
This class is being offered only once, so join now if you are ready to make 2006 your best year yet.
