Personal Note...
I'm delighted to
make a couple of really exciting SavvySponsoring
announcements.
A principle of
all of our coaching here at SavvySponsoring.com is to keep our
ear tuned to what you're asking for. An often heard request
is, "Will you do classes after the work day so my
downline with a J*O*B can participate?"
It's a good
idea, but my issue of course is like everyone else's, time.
How do we add those programs to an evening schedule over a
minimum of three time zones?
| My First
Announcement:
We've added a six
month program to our schedule that begins February
16th, 2006 at (drum roll please) 6:00 pm
pacific time - that means 9:00 pm eastern time. We covered the three major time zones. Sorry Hawaii, Alaska...give me a bit more time! |
So what's the
deal, why not before, what's changed? Honestly it's not really
an issue of adding another 4 to 6 hours a week to my work
schedule. An hour for the class and then 4 to 5 additional
hours for coaching gym is completely doable. But what would
suffer of course is balance. Not only would the balance in my
personal life suffer, but eventually the balance in my
business. Whether you've only read my blog or ezine or you've
been a participant in one of our programs, you know that I
believe balance is the mainstay of a well lived, fun,
challenging life.
The answer
wasn't too hard to find once we started asking the "right" question. "What is really important
here?" The answer for me was, "Getting the
coaching out to everyone who wants it." How do we do
that and maintain our integrity and live what we coach,
balanced fulfilling lives?
We find a coach
like us who lives a balanced life, understands the "magic" is within and who would like to join our
team. One more time I've seen in action that once you put your
mind to something, "Providence" does all it can to
work with you to make it happen.

My
second Announcement:
It
is my great pleasure to introduce to you SavvySponsoring Associate Coach Candye Hinton who I'm simply delighted has joined the team effective this year. |
Candye's
background is tailored made to those of you building a home
business. Before Candye was out of her teens she built a
successful Shaklee business (she was still in her teens
and "no" her parents were not involved). However,
like a lot of us when we're young, the grass looked greener in
other places and in her early 20s Candye got into the
automobile business and successfully sold cars for over twenty
years.
But at 29 Candye
brought herself home with... if you said network marketing you
guessed it... Dorling Kindersley a British network marketing
book company. Candye built and operated a flourishing
business for seven years. That changed when Dorling
Kindersley sold the company and closed their network marketing
division.
That's where
coaching comes in. Actually coaching wasn't new to Candye, she
coached her downline so her transition to fulltime coach makes
real sense. As Candye said to me, "It was apparent to me
that my job at Dorling Kindersley was to make sure all the
people in my business got the coaching they needed in order to
make great decisions of where to go next."
I'm delighted
that Candye is bringing her integrity and network marketing
coaching skills to Savvy Sponsoring. We're lucky to have her.
Besides that, she is really funny and a hoot to work with.
You're in for a treat.
Check out
Candye's article below. And you'll see why we're so excited to
have Candye on board. Clearly she understands the "magic" is within and each day is your life not the
next step to "get to your life."
So you can now
tell your teams... yes we do have a program for them when
they get home from work! And we have the perfect Coach to
give them the Savvy Sponsoring tools to bring their lives and
business into focus, fun and learning today.
