  1. From Head Coach Jillian: A Personal Note

Personal Note...

I'm delighted to make a couple of really exciting SavvySponsoring announcements.

A principle of all of our coaching here at SavvySponsoring.com is to keep our ear tuned to what you're asking for. An often heard request is, "Will you do classes after the work day so my downline with a J*O*B can participate?"

It's a good idea, but my issue of course is like everyone else's, time. How do we add those programs to an evening schedule over a minimum of three time zones?

My First Announcement:

We've added a six month program to our schedule that begins February 16th, 2006 at (drum roll please) 6:00 pm pacific time - that means 9:00 pm eastern time.  We covered the three major time zones.  Sorry Hawaii, Alaska...give me a bit more time!

So what's the deal, why not before, what's changed? Honestly it's not really an issue of adding another 4 to 6 hours a week to my work schedule. An hour for the class and then 4 to 5 additional hours for coaching gym is completely doable. But what would suffer of course is balance. Not only would the balance in my personal life suffer, but eventually the balance in my business. Whether you've only read my blog or ezine or you've been a participant in one of our programs, you know that I believe balance is the mainstay of a well lived, fun, challenging life.

The answer wasn't too hard to find once we started asking the "right" question. "What is really important here?" The answer for me was, "Getting the coaching out to everyone who wants it." How do we do that and maintain our integrity and live what we coach, balanced fulfilling lives?

We find a coach like us who lives a balanced life, understands the "magic" is within and who would like to join our team. One more time I've seen in action that once you put your mind to something, "Providence" does all it can to work with you to make it happen.

My second Announcement:

It is my great pleasure to introduce to you SavvySponsoring Associate Coach Candye Hinton who I'm simply delighted has joined the team effective this year.

Candye's background is tailored made to those of you building a home business. Before Candye was out of her teens she built a successful Shaklee business (she was still in her teens and "no" her parents were not involved). However, like a lot of us when we're young, the grass looked greener in other places and in her early 20s Candye got into the automobile business and successfully sold cars for over twenty years.

But at 29 Candye brought herself home with... if you said network marketing you guessed it... Dorling Kindersley a British network marketing book company. Candye built and operated a flourishing business for seven years. That changed when Dorling Kindersley sold the company and closed their network marketing division.

That's where coaching comes in. Actually coaching wasn't new to Candye, she coached her downline so her transition to fulltime coach makes real sense. As Candye said to me, "It was apparent to me that my job at Dorling Kindersley was to make sure all the people in my business got the coaching they needed in order to make great decisions of where to go next."

I'm delighted that Candye is bringing her integrity and network marketing coaching skills to Savvy Sponsoring. We're lucky to have her. Besides that, she is really funny and a hoot to work with. You're in for a treat.

Check out Candye's article below. And you'll see why we're so excited to have Candye on board. Clearly she understands the "magic" is within and each day is your life not the next step to "get to your life."

So you can now tell your teams... yes we do have a program for them when they get home from work! And we have the perfect Coach to give them the Savvy Sponsoring tools to bring their lives and business into focus, fun and learning today.

Be sure to join us for our next complimentary teleclass to meet Candye and learn more about the new evening program. Next class is taking place on February 2nd at 6PM pacific / 9PM eastern. Click to register.

Everyone, will you help me welcome Candye aboard? Just click here to leave your note.

Hard Work Does Not Bring Success

Would you believe me if I said, "Focusing only on obtaining a successful business could be the reason why you're not yet successful"?

Did you know for most people:

  • the reasons we get into business are not the reasons we stay.
  • the reasons we say why we want to make money are seldom what we spend it on.

Being successful in a business doesn't come as a result of hard work. Let's face it many of us have worked really, really hard. But for most of us hard work hasn't made us successful. Sure it may be an ingredient but it won't be what makes the full meal!

I hear people say "If only we were successful in our business our family life would be different." or "If we make X amount of money this year our life would all change for the better". But in my experience, having money doesn't change your life. It only amplifies your life. Being successful doesn't make your family problems disappear in fact it makes them shine brighter.

So if you're living an unfulfilled and chaotic life as you search for success, when you feel you've reached "that mark" chances are you will still live an unfulfilled and chaotic life. If your family argued about things when your business wasn't great, nine times out of ten they will be arguing even more when you think your business is great.

Why? One of my best lessons came from a very simple statement, "Enjoy the journey." Success is a journey. It is determined by the level in which we allow ourselves to grow. When we make success the trophy of a lifetime achievement rather then the steps of a daily adventure, we will always be striving and pushing without ever really achieving.

The reason we get into a business is to find success.

The reason we stay in business is because we become our success.

The money is a bi-product and the more successful we become the more money we have to spend.

When we take time to pack our personal life along for the journey a few things happen. We determine the meaning behind the money. We wake up to self discovery and successful beginnings. We take the pressure off when we wake up to our life instead of making business goals our focus.

When we take the time to embrace the journey and integrate creating a revenue producing business with a vibrant and healthy life, then and only then do we begin to really improve our skill set. We are eager to learn and more excited about having fun. Success is a marathon rather than a sprint. When we define our success and create the vision of our life as a complete and whole person we find that in the midst of the journey we are indeed successful.

As you are looking at your figures and what you want from yourself, your family, and your team this year, make it a point to consider that in order for you to achieve the success you're looking for you take time to enjoy the your journey!

I am humbled and very honored to be chosen as one of Savvy Sponsoring team members to help you to create a whole life success system. I look forward to working with all of you.

Are you ready to really take control of
your business, leave your job behind -
way behind
- and create the lifestyle
you're dreaming about?

Dear Network Marketing Consultant,

  • Do you want to build a profitable business, but have trouble  sponsoring the right people?

  • Do you feel like you are sponsoring the WRONG people, wasting your time and energy trying to get them into activity?

  • If you had the skills and confidence to sponsor 4-8 new serious business partners in the next few months, how could that increase your monthly volume and set you up for your next promotion?

Congratulations!  Working a Network Marketing business means you see yourself moving beyond your job, beyond your financial restraints, and owning your time.  If you're already a full time network marketer you've obviously worked hard and demonstrated a huge commitment to your business and personal goals. This is more than a hobby for you, it's a business!

But to"up the ante"and get your business in full momentum it means consistently sponsoring people outside of your warm market.   People who are sharp, serious and willing to work with you to build a business of their own and take yours to critical mass.

The truth is most Network Marketing Consultants have a tough time sponsoring these types of business builders to their team.
