It’s All About Making Calls – Part 1

What is the first thing you have your new recruits do? Right. You’re told to make a list. That’s good. NOW WHAT? Well, go call ‘em of course. But it’s not that simple is it (if it was, everybody would just do it)? So often we feel a little like the dog that caught the car? Uh oh, now what?
What’s the problem? We are told WHAT to do but we are not told HOW to do it. Take a moment to answer this question.
What do people do when they are not sure of what to do? If you said, ‘nothing’ you’re right.

Get Intimate With Your Business

No, we haven’t lost it. What do we mean, are you intimate with your business?
We mean, no more overwhelm when your business starts to grow (or when you think it might!) How do we fix overwhelm and what does intimacy have to do with it? An example will best serve here.
When your son or daughter (or partner) responds with a rather flat ‘fine’ when you ask them how they are, don’t you immediately know something is wrong? Can’t you just look at them when they come in the door and know something’s up. Even if they are doing their very best to put on a ‘great face and voice,’ don’t you know when things are off?
Sure you do. Why? You know because you have an intimate relationship with them. In the case of your kids, you have paid attention to them from the moment they were born. You know when they hurt, you know when they’re happy, and you know when they need help (regardless of what they say). You know what makes them tick. You know when they are out of sorts. That’s intimacy.
Jillian and Amy are phenomenal coaches. Experienced, smart, easy to work with, and most of all encouraging. They have an arsenal of amazing tools that they willingly share.
