• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone so you are confident.
• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone to conduct a comfortable discovery interview to see if your potential candidate is right for you.
• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone to present your business so your potential candidate understands the real value to them.

The Program Includes:

1. Four weeks of MasterMind calls. The MasterMind calls will be the exact format that Jillian and Norine used to train and coach their recruits to be one of the top teams in Excel. (Jillian shared this system across the country in Excel Regional Trainings. Jillian’s peers in Excel found this training and coaching to be of such value, they awarded her the coveted Excel “Circle of Excellence” award at Excelabration, the Excel Annual Convention.
2. Each week builds on the week before. Every action and every recruiting conversation you have will be debriefed. Using the “work triangle” we will help you to determine how to get out of your own way.
3. You will leave this class knowing your current “ratio of success” for the work you do.
4. You will leave this class with the tools to continually improve your recruiting skills.
