Here is what you can expect:

• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone so you are confident.
• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone to conduct a comfortable discovery interview to see if your potential candidate is right for you.
• We will train and coach you before you pick up the phone to present your business so your potential candidate understands the real value to them.

The Program Includes:

1. Four weeks of MasterMind calls. The MasterMind calls will be the exact format that Jillian used to recruit, train and coach propelling her team to phenomenal success in Excel. (Jillian shared this system across the country in Excel Regional Trainings. Jillian’s peers in Excel found this training and coaching to be of such value, they awarded her the coveted Excel “Circle of Excellence” award at Excelabration, the Excel Annual Convention.
2. Every action you take and every recruiting conversation you have will be debriefed. Think about this, a full month of both group and personal coaching to get you out of your way.
3. Learn the right questions to ask yourself so you can open a conversation about your business with the right people.
