A word here about
"systems" and just what they are...
and what they are not. A system is not whether you do parties or shows or one-on-ones or an internet
recruiting method. A system is not whether you lead with your product or
lead with your business. Your system is the overall umbrella that describes
your business from beginning to end.
All the pieces that make up your system are tactics that you use in your
system.
Let me clarify what our coaching role is at Savvy Sponsoring. We do not tell
you "what" is the best way to run your business. We do not tell you that you
should lead with the product or lead with the business. That's your
decision.
Our job is to take the system you are using (that's all the tactics you use)
and coach you through dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's within
that system. In other words to help you get the best results possible using
your existing system.
Our job is to bring into sharp focus the fuzzy edges around your business and
the activities that make up your business day. We strive to help you clarify
exactly how you're spending you're time. If you're spending the majority of
your time doing administrative tasks we will suggest (in no uncertain terms!)
that you can (and most likely should be) spend more of your time in money
making activity ~ however you define money making activity. We will give you
the simple to use coaching tools we've devised to help you do that. Plus use
those tools to coach your downline to pursue their business.
Our Savvy Sponsoring program won't tell you what/which system to
use... but we will coach you to get the most out of your system and help your downline to
do the same. We will not ask you to work harder but coach you with tools
that show you how to work smarter...much smarter.
You will have a better handle on time, how to listen, how to question someone
from a genuine place of interest in them.
In short we can help you to make your business fun and financially successful
and sustainable using the tools you have in place by making you more
effective (not pushy) and dealing with your fears that keep you from moving
forward.
