Is the Usborne Savvy Sponsoring Program For You?

Does your business frustrate you? I don’t mean occasionally frustrate you. Most everything we do will have a frustrating component to it occasionally. But if you feel that most of what you do seems to be of no avail in creating success for yourself and your team…that’s frustration.

Big Picture

The working environment of the program is a safe MasterMind group. Out of these groups, in every company with which we have worked, come unique business building tools and strategies. In this program, the first of the three Savvy Sponsoring programs, we offer the foundational tools to build a strong business.

It is our opinion, based on years of experience as an independent consultant and coach to the network marketing industry, (click here to read about Jillian’s 20 year history with network marketing) a strong foundation is necessary in order to build a thriving business. If you take shortcuts in the beginning and don’t plan for your business’s growth, your business, like a house without a good foundation, will topple.

Each month a new skill will be introduced.  One month you will learn to make "Time" your friend rather than something you never have enough of.  Through our Vision exercise you will connect what you do each day to your vision.  You will also live a life that you design.  No longer will you live in reaction to what happens each day.

Using the Work Triangle (inspired by Timothy Gallwey's "Inner Game of Work") you will learn to conduct a team meeting MasterMind call. These calls are not feel good, talk about inventory or how to put an order into the system, calls. You will learn how to run a MasterMind call that helps your team get over what is stopping them from recruiting, training and conducting great events. Because these calls are teleconference calls, you can effectively build your business all over the country.

In another month, we dig into the nuts and bolts of “what to say.” This module is designed to give you the tools to learn to be nimble “on your feet” in any conversation.

No business course would be complete without visiting the necessary systems to keep your business running smoothly (and you sane). This module will introduce the idea of systems. You will begin to map what you already do. Plus, look at what you “don’t do.” The goal is to begin to put into place duplicable recruiting, training. promoting and event systems that you not only use but pass along to your downline.

And when things feel too big to handle, we will teach you to fall back on the Five Steps to Work Less and Make More Money, to determine exactly where you are in your process and what you are to do next. Not magic, but a stable, simple to use system, to keep you sane and moving forward.

The program also gives you an opportunity, each week that we meet, to have a private coaching session with Jillian. In this session, you can talk about anything you wish. You are not required to stay “on topic.” The private one-on-one coaching is what makes this course stand out from all others. We get to the real issues here and knock them out of your way one at a time.

The Details

There are three MasterMind calls a month. They typically last an hour. Occasionally they last a bit longer.  There are a total of 18 sessions.

All calls are recorded. If you need to leave early or cannot make a call, you can listen to the recording at your convenience. Typically, calls are up on your client website by first thing the next morning.

If you miss a call you can still interact with the class. We have an ‘email loop’ that easily connects you to everyone else. This allows you to easily comment or ask questions of an individual or the entire group. The email loop allows you to be part of the discussion when you cannot attend the MasterMind calls because of schedule conflicts.

Your private coaching sessions (the coaching gym) are each week that we meet for the MasterMind session. Like the MasterMind session they are simple to access. You use your telephone to dial into the coaching gym number.

All the notes and worksheets for each week are posted on the client website. You can download the notes, worksheets, and audios to read and listen to at your convenience. You are encouraged to share the notes and worksheets with your team as long as you leave them in our format, keeping our contact information and logo. The audios are for your ears only. Please do not share them with your team.

The program is 18 weeks long. Typically we meet the first three weeks of the month and then take the last week of the month as a break.

"In the beginning when Jillian coached me to use a calendar and put things in my calendar, I fought it. I am a big lists person and I thought, " I don't need a calendar, I have my lists."
